You were speaking on email etiquette and I told you about how my wife and I met on-line from her "Love AOL" site. She returned my first inquiry email because she was impressed with the way I wrote, like a real letter, and how I capitalized my "I's" and didn't use acronyms to communicate. She equated the time that I spent communicating neatly and concisely as an indication on how I did everything else in life. If I was too sloppy or lazy to capitalize my "I's", maybe I wouldn't open the door for her because habits like these, cross over into other areas of life. That is what I got from your presentation that day and I have continued to use that as a standard to all of my communications with my clients, my family and my colleagues.
