PRESENTATION SKILLS

Presentation Mastery: Advanced Presentation Skills to Boost Success
A sales presentation should be a gift to the listener, not a drag to listen to! But most presentations are presented with about as much polish and pizzazz as an old tennis ball. No bounce, no zing, no purpose! Learn to be less informational (they can read your information — why should they listen to you?) and more persuasive. Compel an audience to listen to you by passionately focusing on their success!

Addresses these challenges (each program is designed to accomplish your specific meeting objectives):

  • How to motivate others to act
  • How to face a room of people who don't want to listen, don't want to be there, and couldn't care
  • How to turn negative situations into winning opportunities
  • How to lead meetings that actually accomplish goals
  • How to speak with confidence and competence
  • How to be memorable (for all the good reasons)
  • How to dazzle them with your persuasive case

Participants will:

  • Craft persuasive presentations 
  • Eliminate self-defeating mannerisms and behaviors
  • Be coached and counseled privately to maximize learning
  • Be video-taped to determine powerful behaviors and eliminate distracting, non-professional habits
  • Learn how to present, persuade and sell in today's competitive and complex marketplace

Who Should Attend:

Ten to fourteen lucky people. Because each attendee presents (twice) to the class, attendance has to be limited. Executives and beginners (though not necessarily together) leave this class wowed with their new abilities and ready to lead others to greater success.

Presentation Skills Mastery
Attend this powerful 1 1/2 day "boot camp" and leave with skills to change the world (this is not an exaggeration; people who can inspire others are the only ones with the power to change the world). Spend the first morning learning advanced presentation skills to eliminate learned (bad) habits, and refresh/learn "how-to" skills and persuasion principles. After lunch, start working on your 5-6 minute presentation (topics provided). Spend the afternoon with the video-camera and the class as each presenter is video-d and de-breifed publicly. That evening, or early the next morning, work individually with the instructor to learn from a "gut honest" debrief. Ask the questions you have always wanted to ask. Join the class for additional learning, a quick team presentation, and a final (and fun) speaking opportunity. You'll never present the same way again.
