Sue served six years as an elected Board member and officer of NSA. Sue was honored with NSA’s prestigious President's award for Distinguished Service in 2005. Additionally, Sue is a founding member of Meeting Professional International's Women's Leadership Initiative and has been named a “Platinum” speaker — their highest speaker designation — by that 18,000 member organization.
Sue has a Masters degree in counseling and earned a fellowship sponsored by the University of California at Berkeley. An author, Sue’s first book, Power Sales Writing, published by McGraw-Hill is available in 3 languages — and counting — and has been given a 5 star ranking on Amazon.com. Sue’s newest book, How to Say It To Sell It, was released by Prentice Hall in January.
