SPEAKERSUE DETAILS

For Meeting Professionals

Read this before booking Sue!

What's worse than a speaker who bombs?
Being the person who selected that speaker!

If you're like so many professional meeting planners, one of your biggest fears when selecting a speaker is that the speaker you selected will be awful! You'll have to stand at the back of the room and try to act invisible as your attendees one-by-one exit the room. Every meeting professional dreads that debrief/post con when the CEO, Chairman, association EVP or President looks you right in the eye and asks, "What were you thinking?"

You can't afford to make a wrong choice when selecting a speaker for your group. Your reputation is on the line and so is the success of your meeting.

You want a speaker whose message matters—not just to her—but to every person in your group, even the folks who have "been there, done that." Especially them. You want content that gives your attendees tools to do their jobs better and smarter, ideas to feel better about what they do, and specific techniques to leave the competition far, far behind. You want motivation that drives them to implement the new techniques they learn.

If you've already heard Sue speak, you know that you can absolutely count on her to provide specific information, practical tactics and proven strategies that your participants can apply immediately to get better results. If you know Sue, you know that her style is down-to-earth, slightly irreverent (but never over the top) and high energy. If you've been in any session, either an informational keynote or a working session, you know that every member of the audience stays awake because they are hearing powerful ideas that impact the way they do business (also, because the programs are interactive and funny so it's pretty darn difficult to fall asleep for long!).

If you don't know Sue yet, don't believe a word you're reading. (Why should you? Every speaker makes these claims about him or herself. No speaker ever says, "I'm not very good but take a chance on me!") The words of these meeting professionals, association executives and participants are much more meaningful.

"The unsolicited comments I have received about your sessions yesterday are incredibly positive. Your energy level, humor, and ability to joust with our GM was appreciated by all."
Tim Pierson, Director of Sales & Marketing, The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation

"As always, you were amazing and everyone was very impressed. I truly learn something new everytime I listen to you. Thank you very much for all you do for me and all my various groups. It is a true privilege to know you."
Debbie Johnson, Exec Director, AZ Hotel & Motel Executives for ISHAE (Int'l Society of Hotel Association Executives)

One more thing: About 350, out of 3,000, professional speakers have earned the prestigious CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, designation from the National Speakers Association. This honor is not a popularity contest but is awarded only after a speaker proves her worth speaking over a five year period, receiving a specified number of unsolicited excellent evaluations, etc. To learn more about what this means to the success of your meeting, please click: CSP Designation.

Sue may not the best speaker for your meeting. She won't talk on just any subject. She knows how to help your people improve their persuasion skills—their ability to communicate with their customers and colleagues—so that they get better results. When you need to improve the way your people communicate—from the written word and email etiquette, to handling critical conversations professionally and persuasively, or making a sales presentation that gets people "to march", Sue is the speaker to choose.

One last thing: All of Sue's business comes from word of mouth referral. She understands that for people to put their reputation on the line and refer her, she needs to not just inform, but inspire. She wants your referral too. She wants your people to rave! Sue's goal is have your attendees so excited about applying the new ideas they hear that they're ready to burst out the meeting room doors. She wants them to thank you for bringing them a speaker whose information was terrific and whose passion was contagious.

Check Sue's calendar to see if she is available for your next meeting.
Call 480-575-9711 or email Sue (Sue@SpeakerSue.com) or Nance (Nance@SpeakerSue.com) to request a tentative hold be placed on your
preferred meeting date. Sue will transform the way your people do business!

"I heard wonderful things about your session! It was a pleasure meeting you — thank you for being so patient, energetic and an overall pleasure to work with."Darrell Sparkman, Education & Programs Coordinator, SITE Headquarters
